MEDICAL PRACTICE MANAGERTRIBAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT Location Negotiable The successful applicant must have a valid Montana State drivers license and the following qualifications: Bachelors Level - Required to have a bachelors degree relevant to medical staff management (e.g., healthcare administration, health services administration) or a BSN degree, with a minimum of 3 years of progressive management experience. Masters Level - Required to have a masters degree relevant to medical staff management (e.g., healthcare administration, health services administration), with a minimum of 3 years of progressive management experience. Preferred: Experience in multisite clinic operations. Experience with performance metrics, dashboards, operational reporting, and health information systems. All applicants must submit a Tribal application, a copy of academic transcript, certifications, proof of state licensure, a copy of valid drivers license, if claiming Tribal preference, proof of enrollment from a federally recognized Tribe if other than CSKT, and if claiming veterans preference, a copy of the DD214 must be submitted. FAILURE TO SUBMIT ALL OF THE ABOVE INFORMATION WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION DURING THE SCREENING PROCESS. This position is a Testing Designated Position (TDP) within the definition of the CSKT Drug Testing policy. The successful applicant, if not already employed by the Tribes must pass a pre-hire drug test and serve a mandatory six (6) month probationary period. Salary is Bachelors Level - $30.63 - $35.21 per hour plus benefits, Masters Level - $34.91 - $40.13 per hour plus benefits, may be employed under contract.
