Located in our Siloam Springs, AR plant, you will serve as a Mechanical Engineer II. The Mechanical Engineer partners with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Process Engineering, and Quality teams to support equipment reliability, process improvements, and day-to-day plant operations. This role provides engineering support for maintenance and production activities while assisting with capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility. The Mechanical Engineer will bring a practical, hands-on approach to troubleshooting equipment issues, supporting plant operations, and helping implement improvements that enhance safety, reliability, and efficiency.
