We're building the brand infrastructure to position ourselves as the company that protects the work organizations dependon:the humans who produce it, the AI agents that accelerate it, and the data that carries it. This is a category-defining moment, and we need someone who can execute at that level.

The Brand Strategist, Manager will own the execution engine behind our brand awareness programs: translating strategy into campaigns, managing the agency and vendor ecosystem, activating across events and digital channels, and ensuring every dollar of spend reinforces a single, clear story. You will report into the brand function and work alongside product marketing, demand generation, and external partners. This is a builder's role, measured on execution quality, timeline, and brand consistency.

What You'll Do:

  • Own end-to-end campaign execution across paid digital, display, CTV, influencer, sponsorship, and industry event channels

  • Manage agency and vendor relationships including creative, media, community, and public affairs partners, with clear briefs, timelines, and accountability

  • Steward the brand budget across workstreams, tracking actuals against plan and flagging variances before they become problems

  • Brief and quality-control all external deliverables against brand voice and positioning, ensuring consistency across every channel and format

  • Build and maintain a campaign calendar that sequences tactics across channels and sustains market presence through key industry moments

  • Plan and execute Mimecast's presence at major security industry events, from booth strategy to surrounding digital and content activation

  • Define measurement frameworks for each campaign, track performance against brand lift, share of voice, and engagement goals, and report results clearly to stakeholders

  • Source and vet security influencers and practitioners for partnership programs, with clear evaluation criteria and ongoing relationship management

  • Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to bring integrated campaigns to market on time and on brief

  • Manage internal brand enablement by partnering with cross-functional teams to activate the brand internally, ensuring employees understand, adopt, and consistently express the brand across their work

What You'll Bring:

  • Demonstrated experience brand, campaign, or integrated marketing roles

  • Hands-on agency and vendor management

  • B2B or enterprise software background preferred

  • Proven campaign execution from brief to live

  • Budget ownership and financial tracking

  • Detail orientation without losing the strategic thread

  • Strong creative judgment and brand sensibility

  • Project management across multiple simultaneous workstreams

  • Clear written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders

  • Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment

Nice To Have:

  • Fluency in AI-assisted campaign workflows: copy generation, audience modeling, creative testing, or performance analysis

  • Experience with CTV and streaming video campaign planning and execution

  • Cybersecurity or enterprise security marketing background, with familiarity with the CISO audience

  • Influencer program management in B2B or technical practitioner communities

  • Experience with Reddit or community-based marketing strategies

  • Programmatic and digital targeting across Fortune 1000 or account-based audiences

The base salary range for this position is $132,000-$198,000 plus benefits. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits, in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills. Final offers will reflect these considerations and may vary accordingly.
