Description Talent & Recruiting Coordinator WHAT WE SEEK We're looking for a temporary Talent & People Coordinator to join our People team and help create an exceptional hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes keeping things organized, moving, and accurate (while also genuinely enjoying working with people). You'll play a key role in supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, coordinating hiring logistics, maintaining compliance processes, and helping ensure our hiring experience reflects Carnegie Learning's values every step of the way. The People Team at Carnegie Learning is a highly collaborative team that values curiosity, continuous improvement, and finding smarter ways to support both candidates and hiring teams. This role offers exposure to recruiting operations, compliance, hiring strategy, and People team initiatives, making it a strong opportunity for someone interested in growing their career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources. This is a temporary assignment expected to last through the end of 2026, with the possibility of converting to a full-time opportunity. This role is non-exempt and eligible for overtime.
