White Pine Innovations is seeking aRegistrar to support the Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) in Dayton, OH. TheRegistrar will serve as the central point of coordination for course enrollment, quota allocation, and student services-ensuring that the workforce has timely access to the learning they need.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



  • Coordinate with defense agencies, military services, and other organizations to establish and manage training quotas, leveraging both current needs and historical enrollment data.
  • Verify Security Cooperation Workforce Database (SCWD) status of applicants to ensure priority enrollment and compliance with DSCU policy.
  • Provide guidance and student services support to workforce members, helping them identify appropriate training opportunities.
  • Develop and implement quota allocation plans that maximize training seat utilization while prioritizing SC workforce requirements.
  • Accurately maintain course enrollment, completion, and student educational records in Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) ensuring data integrity and compliance with standards.


Basic Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in program administration, academic coordination, training management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders, analyze data, and develop structured solutions that balance organizational priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and data entry standards; prior experience with Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance and deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Active SECRET security clearance.
