Where you will drive value: We are looking for a Senior Cheese Process & Technical Services Manager to serve as a corporate technical expert dedicated to our Jerome manufacturing facility. This role sits at the intersection of process, product performance, and customer expectations, supporting one of our most complex cheese operations, combining large-scale cheese production and shredding. Unlike traditional R&D roles, this position is highly hands-on and plant-facing, with direct impact on process optimization and yield improvement, product functionality and quality and commercialization and customer performance. You will act as a key technical bridge between plant operations, corporate teams, and commercial stakeholders, ensuring alignment from production through final application.
