Sales Manager- Residential

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Sales Team Lead for a direct hire opportunity with a Major Telecommunications Company located in Little Rock, Rogers, or Jonesboro, AR. This is a direct hire, W2 position.

Pay: $90,000 - 100,000 / Year

This role involves leading and coaching a team of door-to-door sales representatives responsible for selling residential services. The position is focused on driving customer acquisition, achieving sales goals, and ensuring a high level of customer engagement in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of door-to-door sales representatives
• Drive customer acquisition and achieve sales goals
• Coach and develop team members
• Ensure a high level of customer engagement in the field

Requirements:

• Prior sales experience leading door-to-door teams for residential services
