California State University, Los Angeles Position Title: Program Manager Position Description The Program Manager will assist with implementation and coordination of the CSU Sentinel Site Biodiversity Network Project at California State University, Los Angeles. The project is part of a statewide biodiversity monitoring initiative and includes long-term ecological monitoring at sites in Northeast Los Angeles, including Ascot Hills Park and Ernest E. Debs Regional Park. The Program Manager will support field operations, equipment deployment and maintenance, student coordination, data management, and communication with project collaborators across the CSU Sentinel Site Network. Primary Duties and Responsibilities * Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Sentinel Site monitoring project Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in biology, ecology, environmental science, wildlife biology, or related field Preferred Qualifications * Master's degree in ecology, biology, environmental science, or related field Physical Requirements This position includes outdoor fieldwork involving hiking, lifting and carrying field equipment, and working in variable weather and terrain conditions.
