A Taste of What You'll Do As a Seasonal Lab Aide, you will support the Chemistry group during a critical and fast paced part of the production cycle. Working under direct supervision, you will provide routine laboratory assistance that helps ensure grape samples are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. Your efforts will directly support analytical workflows that inform winemaking and production decisions. In this role, you will assist with grape processing activities such as de stemming, juicing, and grinding, while also helping organize, label, log in, and prepare samples for analysis. You will play an important role in maintaining an orderly and clean laboratory environment by participating in routine lab maintenance, sanitizing equipment, and ensuring adequate supplies are available. Attention to detail and consistency are essential, as sample integrity and accurate results are critical to the team's success. You may also participate in field work and will assist with sorting and preparing grape sample results. This seasonal position requires flexibility, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
