  • Translating business needs into scalable platform solutions, including workflow enhancements, reporting improvements, data model changes, and system integrations.
  • Identifying and supporting high-value use cases for experience management, matter intelligence, pitches and proposals, rankings submissions, attorney biographies, website content synchronization, and lateral integration.
  • Assisting in the development of dashboards, reporting solutions, and data visualizations that provide actionable insights related to firm experience, credentials, activity, and business opportunities.
  • Supporting firmwide adoption through training, onboarding, change management initiatives, governance documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Coordinating with external vendors and internal technical teams to support integrations, issue resolution, platform enhancements, and ongoing optimization initiatives.

The successful candidate will demonstrate...

  • Direct experience with Litera Foundation or comparable experience management, knowledge management, or firm intelligence platforms strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of experience management principles, data governance, taxonomy development, matter intelligence, and business development workflows supported by enterprise data platforms.
  • Experience developing business intelligence and reporting solutions using Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders, and build alignment across Marketing, Business Development, IT, and other business teams without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze data, communicate insights clearly, and adapt quickly to new technologies and evolving business needs.
