Position Summary: The Regional Operations Manager is a critical role responsible for overseeing the deployment and maintenance of resources and personnel in the field in the DC/MD/VA Area. This role ensures successful execution of technology system implementation and ongoing maintenance activities across multiple project sites. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to guide teams through installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks. Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises Field Technology Specialists. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The environment will range from remote work from an office type location to onsite work in an outdoor environment exposed to varying high or low temperatures. An employee may be required to travel approximately 75% of the time to field locations, while in the field the employee is required to comply with the Field Employee Uniform policy.
