Background

Over the past several years, Project HOPE (PH) has implemented successful programs across a wide range of public health domains, including Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn and Child Health (RMNCH), infectious diseases, non-communicable diseases (NCDs), health systems strengthening, health security, and humanitarian and emergency response. These programs have generated substantial volumes of high-quality primary data, complemented by access to strong secondary data sources at national, regional, and global levels.

While PH has strong technical and Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) capacity, there is a growing need to systematically translate program data and learning into policy-relevant products and peer-reviewed publications. 2. To develop high-quality policy briefs, in close collaboration with country teams and the technical unit, that translate program data and learning into actionable recommendations for national and global policymakers.

3. To develop manuscripts for peer-reviewed journal publication that document Project HOPE's programmatic evidence, implementation experiences, and lessons learned, in alignment with academic and journal standards.
