This position will is based in Grenada, MS but may require you to travel periodically between Grenada and Greenwood, MS for the remainder of 2026. Your Role on Our Team: As a Senior Talent Specialist, you will support both the Talent Team and serve as the initial point of contact for our manufacturing employees across Grenada, Greenwood, and Jackson. You'll play an important role in maintaining accurate employee and timecard data while delivering a consistent, highquality employee experience in a fastpaced manufacturing environment. You'llbe DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:
- Employee & HR Case Support:
- Document onsite employee inquiries, investigations, and resolutions in the Workday Help case system to ensure accurate tracking and followup.
- Skillfully address Help Cases within the Workday platform and over the phone line, ensuring timely and high-quality resolutions to general inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, time/attendance, and internal Milwaukee Tool Policies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to employees by independently resolving inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and patience in all interactions.
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate HR contacts for resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Talent policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure accurate and consistent case resolution.
- Support employee data audits and employee data pulls for projects as necessary.
- Time and Attendance
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and people leaders on time and attendance and paycheck questions.
- Identify training needs to enable accurate timecard practices.
- Partner with Talent Management to reinforce leader accountability for timecard accuracy.
- Employee Onboarding
- Create and distribute employee badges based on the employee's location and job
- Communicate with site leaders and HR about orientation attendance
- Participate in facilitating employee orientation sessions to present information about Talent policies, benefits, and other relevant topics in a clear and accessible manner.
- Ensure all necessary orientation materials, technology, and facilities are prepared.
- Complete the verification of new employee I9 documents and the employer section of the I9 form within the federally mandated timeframes.
- Resolve any E-Verify tentative non-confirmations while adhering to rules and regulations.
- Assist in the new hire onboarding process in Workday for all new hires
- Create, modify and/or remove user accounts in specific technology platforms.
- HR Site Support
- Assist other HR teams with administrative tasks and data reporting as needed.
- Tasks may include but are not limited to: all employee meetings and event set-up, job fairs, reporting and data entry in HRIS and eLearning systems, and ordering supplies.
- Compliance:
- Maintain employee files in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including proper filing and retention of I9 documents.
- Carry out the company's policies and practices and escalate any concerns that are not in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
The TOOLSyou'llbring with you:
- Associate degree in Business Administration or Communications or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organization with the ability to follow issues through to resolution.
- Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and empathy in sensitive employee situations.
- Working proficiency in Excel to support data review, reporting, and tracking.
Other Tools we prefer you have:
- At least two years of experience supporting timekeeping, payroll or HR operations is preferred.
- Experience working in a manufacturing / operations environment.
- Experience using Workday and UKG Dimensions (Kronos).
