Northwestern University is seeking a temporary Part-time Program Assistant for the Evanston campus.

Temporary Job Description:

The Temporary Program Assistant provides essential administrative and programmatic support to the Athletics fundraising team, assisting with events, donor engagement activities, and day-to-day operations. This role supports the successful execution of fundraising initiatives by coordinating logistics, maintaining accurate records, and delivering excellent customer service to donors and campus partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with planning and execution of Athletics fundraising and donor events, including registration, materials preparation, and on-site support
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling, data entry, expense tracking, and correspondence
  • Support donor stewardship efforts by preparing acknowledgments and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and campus partners to ensure smooth event and operational workflows

Qualifications Required:

A bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience;

Strong writing skills;

High level of organizational skills and attention to detail;

Diligent and can work independently;

Experience working with confidential information;

Professionalism;

Flexibility, adaptability in a fast paced environment.

Software Required:

MS Office suite 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
