What You Will Do: The Clinical Manager at Johns Hopkins Community Physicians in Downtown Bethesda assists in the daily clinical operations of the health center that offers Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, and Neurology services. Responsibilities include supervising clinical staff including registered nurses and medical assistants, managing triage and hospital follow-up calls, rooming patients, overseeing vaccines, and other nursing responsibilities. This role includes budget management, scheduling, safety, environment of care, maintaining adequate clinical supply level and the hiring, supervision, staffing, evaluation and discipline of Human Resources. This position focuses on customer service and continuous improvement of clinical operations. Who Should Apply:

Salary Range: Minimum 58.03/hour - Maximum 89.94/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
