As an Associate Software Asset Management (SAM) Analyst at TD SYNNEX, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring global software license compliance, optimizing costs, and supporting our IT and business teams with actionable insights. You'll manage our SAM tools and licensing database, produce compliance dashboards, and lead initiatives that drive continuous process improvements. What You'll Do
Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.* Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data management.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build relationships across multicultural teams.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new SAM and IT asset management tools quickly.* Comfortable working under deadlines, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining confidentiality. Preferred* Master's degree or postgraduate certification in IT Asset Management, Software Licensing, or related field.* Experience with leading SAM platforms (e.g., Flexera, Snow, ServiceNow).* Familiarity with software licensing models (perpetual, subscription, SaaS) and vendor contract nuances.* Basic understanding of IT asset lifecycle and procurement processes.
