What You Will Do to Change Lives

As the Data Analysis Specialist for our Pathways to Recovery program, you are the gatekeeper of the insights that drive our success. By managing our Electronic Health Records (EHR) and tracking outcomes, you ensure our clinical teams have the accurate information they need to support our members, and our payers see the real-world impact of our programs.

In this role, you will be a self-starting collaborator who connects the dots between administrative accuracy and positive client outcomes.




  • EHR Management: Coordinate all data tasks within Caminar, Avatar, and our primary EHR systems, including member demographics, diagnoses, service codes, and billing.



  • Reporting & Analysis: Run crucial reports and analyze outcomes data to help leadership identify areas for program improvement.



  • Collaborative Communication: Act as the clear data liaison between program staff and payer representatives to ensure alignment and accuracy.




Schedule: Full-Time | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday

Compensation: Expected starting wage range is $22.97 - $28.38.

Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)




  • Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of database or data entry experience (experience with health records, medical billing, or billing codes preferred).



  • Skills: Ability to work with minimal supervision, set clear daily priorities, and problem-solve as a self-starter.



  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal staff and external payer reps.



  • Core Certifications: CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire).


  • All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver's license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual, or local requirements may apply.

About Telecare & Pathways to Recovery

Telecare's mission is to deliver excellent and effective behavioral health services that engage individuals in recovering their health, hopes, and dreams. Our Pathways to Recovery program serves 150 adults and Transitional Aged Youth (TAY, ages 16-25) who have a qualifying Title IX mental health diagnosis and have recently been discharged from county-identified long-term care facilities.
