Principal Business Analyst - P&C Insurance Policy Administration Location: Remote - United States Are you an experienced P&C Insurance Business Analyst who thrives in complex policy administration implementations? Join our implementation services team and help leading insurance organizations deliver compliant, scalable, and high-quality Majesco Policy solutions. This role is ideal for a business analyst with deep Property & Casualty insurance expertise who can translate business requirements, regulatory updates, and operational workflows into execution-ready solutions. You will play a critical role in driving successful Majesco Policy implementations by reducing ambiguity, improving delivery predictability, and ensuring regulatory accuracy across policy administration workflows. The annual salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the United States. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors. Majesco considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, candidate's work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
