As an HR Business Partner, you will deliver frontline HR services across recruitment, selection, hiring, and engagement. You'll work closely with leaders and staff to streamline processes, provide data-driven insights, and shape a positive employee experience. Wisconsin Athletics, Human Resources Compensation:The typical starting salary ranges from $60,000 to $80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
