Job Summary:
This faculty, Clinical Health Sciences (CHS) position is available in the Clinical Practice, Innovation, and Research Division of the School of Pharmacy. The successful candidate will establish a sustained program of publishable scholarly work that is complementary to the individual's expertise and will teach and coordinate in the School's Doctor of Pharmacy program pursuant to needs of the Division and candidate's expertise/interests. Teaching responsibilities may include instruction within didactic lecture and skills-focused laboratory courses, and coordination of a community-based student and older adult partner program.Teaching and research/scholarship collaborations across other biomedical and health science schools on campus and within Wisconsin is possible and encouraged. The University of Wisconsin-Madison has many strengths and partnerships in research and treatment, including but not limited to the Transdisciplinary Center for Research in Psychoactive Substances, UW-Madison Institute on Aging, Center for Aging and Research Education, and the PHARMx Consortium. Please note, there is one position available for either an Assistant or Associate Professor (CHS). Level and pay are commensurate with experience.
