Purpose of the Job The Strategic Sourcing Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end sourcing and procurement of IT and digital products and services, including software, SaaS, hardware, and consulting. This role drives cost savings, optimizes supplier performance, and ensures compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and sustainability objectives. Partnering closely with internal stakeholders, the Strategic Sourcing Manager develops and executes sourcing strategies that support business goals, negotiates high-value contracts, identifies innovative technology solutions, and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and deliver long-term value to the organization. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Develops and executes multi-year sourcing plans for IT and digital products and services, such as digital platforms, software-as-a-service (SaaS), hardware, and consulting. This involves managing the entire procurement life cycle, including requests for information (RFIs), proposals (RFPs), and quotes (RFQs). Develops and implements sourcing strategies to support business objectives. Identifies, evaluates, and qualifies potential suppliers on quality, cost, reliability, and sustainability. Builds and maintains strong relationships with suppliers, monitoring performance and ensuring compliance. Identifies and qualifies new suppliers according to Vendor Management Policy and the company's Negotiation Guide. Monitors and analyzes spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities. Reports sourcing cost-out every month according to KPIs. Organizes and sets up any tool or method to improve efficiency in the activity. Sends RFQs and follow-up to suppliers to get quotes on time. Partners with internal stakeholders (Project Management, Purchasing, Operations, Finance, etc.) to understand business needs. Aligns sourcing activities with the company's sustainability, compliance, and risk management policies. Ensures procurement practices comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards. Drives process improvements and automation in sourcing and procurement activities. Stays updated on market trends, pricing, and best practices in procurement. Proposes technology enhancements.Other Duties and Responsibilities
