A Day in the Life

As the Direct Sourcing Co-Op for L'Oreal Luxe, you will report to the Sourcing Director and become an integral part of our dynamic Operations team in El Segundo, CA. You'll gain hands-on experience by supporting the Sourcing department across a full range of responsibilities, contributing directly to projects that impact our prestigious LUXE brands.

In this role, you will:

• Drive Project Success: Assist Category Leads with project-related work, including reporting, analysis, and follow-ups with our vendor partners.
• Analyze for Impact: Conduct pricing analysis for proposals and assist in the successful launch of new products and value analysis projects.
• Support Sourcing Excellence: Contribute to vendor evaluations, spend analysis, and the updating of master data on our internal sourcing systems.
• Collaborate and Learn: Work closely with the team on special project assignments, gaining exposure to the end-to-end sourcing process in a fast-paced environment.

We Are Looking For

We are seeking a proactive and analytical individual who is eager to learn and contribute. An ideal candidate for this role possesses:

• Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze data, especially using MS Excel, to provide insights and support decision-making. Experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Project Management: A knack for managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Business Acumen: An understanding of supply chain and business principles, with a curious and independent mindset.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and with external vendors.
• Agility & Adaptability: A willingness to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and take on diverse responsibilities.
