Job Title - Commissioning Specialist (Electrical) - Commercial Location -Atlanta, GA Resumes will be reviewed continuously. What You Will Do
o Verify and document that equipment is installed and started per manufacturer recommendations and industry standards. o Confirm complete operational checkout by installing contractors and equipment provider vendors. o Reviews startup plans, pre-functional checklists, documentation delivery, and provides GC L4/L5 commissioning support.
o Coordinate Final QC and Foreign Object and Debris (FOD) inspections with Owner's representatives and Trade Partners. o Maintains detailed energization schedule and has final energization authority for electrical equipment.
o Reviews job plans, specifications and schedule with Project Manager(s)/Sr. Project Managers to ensure that commissioning requirements are integrated throughout the construction process.

Education / Experience Minimum: * High school diploma/GED and 4+ years of electrical construction or CxA experience. Or * Four-year degree in construction management, building science, engineering, etc., and 2+ years of construction experience in closeouts, commissioning, and/or warranties. Preferred qualifications: 2+ Years experience as Commissioning Authority, Energy Marshal, or Electrical Superintendent in hyper-scale or multi-phase data center construction. Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP), Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA) or other equivalent certifications. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities -Knowledge of basic computer skills and ability to use Microsoft software - Excel, Microsoft Word and the Access Data Base. Ability to read and negotiate contracts. Ability to read, write and comprehend the English language. Ability to perform financial analysis.
