About us National Grid is hiring an Analyst for our Fleet department, based in Syracuse, NY. This is a Hybrid role with time spent in the office as needed. Job Purpose As a member of the Fleet Systems and Performance team supporting our US Fleet, you will be responsible for managing key reporting needs, audit inquiries, system interfaces and the fuel program. This role ensures our systems are maintained, compliant and streamlined to support all US Fleet users. Key Accountabilities Distribute and refine reporting for fleet garages and other stakeholders Manage system interfaces for accurate capture of key data points Manage the fuel card program and user needs (PINs, limit changes, etc) Manage user access review, approval and removal Support special fleet projects as needed Support sustainability through reporting and education of fleet requirements and vehicle capabilities Annual registration renewal and fleet permitting support Qualifications Experience with various databases (SQL, Access, SAP, Power BI, Advanced Excel) Accuracy and detail oriented Effective collaboration and stakeholder management skills Ability to communicate effectively Salary $85,000 - $100,000 a year National Grid utilizes an assessment that evaluates the job qualifications/characteristics using AI or statistically based scoring.
