Description
This is a full-time (60 hours/2 weeks) position with 10-hour shifts 3 days/week at Scripps Green in Torrey Pines. M-F with some call and variable off each week. Scripps Green is a 173-bed hospital that has served the La Jolla and greater San Diego communities with distinction since 1977. Join our close-knit IR team where you will feel like part of the family. With approximately 15 cases/day, this hardworking team supports each other and works toward the common goal of the best patient care possible. Job duties to include prep and recovery, minor procedures, and interventional procedures requiring moderate sedation. Once on the team, you will not want to leave. #LI-JS1 Qualifications
Required Experience/Specialized Skills: * Minimum 1 year RN experience in the IR, Cath Lab, ICU or ED. * Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English, excellent interpersonal skills. * Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors. * Standby call after hours, weekends and holidays * Current CA RN License. * Current BLS/ACLS and NIH certification required upon completion of department orientation. Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification: * Bachelor's degree in nursing
