This position will work a hybrid schedule which includes a combination of working both onsite on Campus (3 days) and remote (2 days). Applies acquired skills, process, and policy knowledge to support professional health education program learners. Coordinates program operations, which include teaching and learning activities, program curriculum, learner scheduling, maintaining databases, tracking learner compliance, and program accreditation. The Medical Scientist Training Program Coordinator in the School of Medicine Graduate Programs is responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, and administration of the Medical Scientist Training (MST) Program (MD-Ph.D.), which is primarily funded by an NIH training grant as well as the SOM. Incumbent will serve as liaison to students, faculty, and staff for matters related to the Program. Incumbent will develop and coordinate admissions, outreach, and events, evaluate the effectiveness of the programs recommending changes, when necessary, develop and manage program budget, prepare and submit contracts and grants, generate reports, perform website maintenance and other tasks related to the administration of the program. Incumbent will be involved in coordinating outreach, admissions, student life and alumni activities and will assist in advising students in the Program. Act as liaison to the various offices on campus as well as off campus. Performs other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $65,125 - $94,858 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $31.19 - $45.43 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable). | |
