The Opportunity: This role will support the development and execution of targeted sourcing strategies to build high-quality candidate pipelines and enable successful hiring outcomes across QBE North America. This role combines tactical sourcing execution with strategic advisory capabilities by leveraging market insights, talent mapping, and proactive engagement to attract top talent. The individual will partner closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to drive efficient, data-informed recruitment processes while strengthening pipeline health across priority skill sets.

Compensation Package: The salary range for this role is provided above. This is the national range for location(s) listed. The salary offer will be decided based on the role's complexity, its location, and the candidate's professional background, including their education and experience.
