As a Security Officer Armed Security Patrol Driver in Brookshire, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer in a dynamic retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. This driving post includes armed responsibilities, strong customer service, and clear communication. Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a busy retail location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and reporting concerns to site leadership when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including sales floor areas, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter spaces.
• Monitor for suspicious activity, policy violations, and/or potential hazards to help support order and help to deter unwanted behavior on the property.
• Interact with customers, visitors, and store personnel in a professional manner while assisting with access control, de-escalation, and/or other security-related needs as directed by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
