Solutions Engineer

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Solution Architect / Implementation Engineer for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Pennington, NJ, or Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role combines solution architecture leadership with hands-on implementation engineering for Call Recording, Analytics, and Workforce Management platforms. The position is responsible for designing scalable solutions and implementing robust, data-driven integrations that align with enterprise standards and business needs. A hybrid schedule is required with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Define architectural vision and end-to-end solution designs in partnership with business, engineering, and vendor teams
• Design flexible, modular architectures that scale and adapt to evolving business requirements
• Perform capacity planning, impact assessments, and technology evaluations
• Develop and implement automated data pipelines and integrations using SQL, Python, Java, and PowerShell
• Build and maintain REST and SOAP API integrations for data exchange and operational workflows
• Translate architectural designs into implemented solutions, providing hands-on engineering support
• Conduct design and non-functional requirement reviews (security, performance, scalability, reliability)
• Create dashboards, analytics outputs, and visualizations using Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
• Provide technical leadership during implementation, resolve architectural or engineering impediments, and support production issue root-cause analysis
• Collaborate with Lines of Business on scope, discovery, and solution feasibility
• Maintain documentation, standards, architecture artifacts, and delivery tracking (e.g., Kanban boards)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, implementation engineering, or related roles
• Strong SQL expertise including complex queries and performance optimization
• Hands-on experience with Python, Java, and PowerShell
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable, enterprise-grade solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with NICE Call Recording, Nexidia Interaction Analytics, NICE/IEX Workforce Management, Adaptive WFO, APA, Robotic Automation, or comparable call center platforms

Desired skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or large on-prem enterprise environments
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and CI/CD frameworks
• Advanced data modeling, analytics, or operational data store design

Pay range: $58.31 - $66.31 per hour
