Essential Job Functions Maintains a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety and quality standards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concern Adheres to and is a champion of TEAM's Core Values Continuously grows and manages a strong pipeline of opportunities with our direct and partner clients to ensure a sustainable sales growth in his/her territory Uses knowledge of the market and competitors, identifies and develops the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators Responsible and accountable for assigned monthly, quarterly and annual budget targets including revenue and profit dollars Collaborates with Leadership to define and implement long-term objectives for the sales organization Builds and enhances upon strong relationships with key clients to deliver a successful client experience and present new products and services Manages and services client accounts with high volume of revenue scope Forecasts sales targets and ensures they are met by the team Sources for new service lines, products or capabilities that the company should offer to improve our competitive position within his/her assigned territory or industry and elevates these opportunities to management Identifies opportunities for cross-selling multiple service lines in key client accounts, partnering with the Product & Service Line group as necessary Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree in Business or related industry preferred Four (4) to six (6) years' experience in a related role Proficient with Microsoft Office products suite, and ability to learn new software applications and computer programs. Ability to become proficient with customer relationship management (CRM) software; Sales Force experience preferred Must possess comprehensive knowledge of financial report structures Must be able to report reliable data by auditing the flow of data, developing check points and controlling credibility of company data Equal Opportunity Employer
