Are you a world-class creative with a mastery of writing, storytelling, and digital ideation? We are seeking a conceptual thinker and trend-watcher with a deep understanding of omnichannel creative and a proven track record of delivering award-winning campaigns. This full-time role offers the chance to apply your innovative spirit and collaborate with a dynamic team, directly influencing the creative direction of high-profile initiatives.

**What You Will Do:**

* **Craft Innovative Content:** Develop high-impact copy for all digital and social channels across a diverse portfolio of experiences and offerings.

* **Solve with Creativity:** Apply rigorous problem-solving and creative thinking to a diverse range of advertising mediums.

* **Collaborate to Win:** Partner seamlessly with Art Directors to conceive and deliver compelling 360-degree campaign concepts.

* **Master the Brief:** Interpret creative briefs with precision and incorporate client feedback while maintaining momentum and meeting every deadline.

* **Present with Polish:** Deliver sophisticated, well-written creative elements for both internal and external presentations.

* **Drive the Magic:** Lead and participate in creative discussions with music houses, directors, editors, and other vendors to ensure the highest quality output.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Exceptional writing skills with a meticulous eye for detail, with the ability to shape voice and tone across a full emotional spectrum.

* Experience and excitement for technological tools that support ideation, drafting and refinement across a range of tones and formats.

* Proven ability to share ideas with confidence and passion. You must be proficient in presentation software, including Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.

* A natural fluency in creating and conceptualizing content specifically for social and digital ecosystems.

* Superior time-management skills are essential. You can self-manage, balance a high volume of assignments, and never miss a deadline.

* A genuine curiosity and knowledge of the rich history of iconic entertainment and experiential brands-across various forms of media and theme parks.

* 5+ years in an agency setting or a related creative environment.

* Experience in promotional, experiential, and trend-driven social media campaigns.
