  • Support coordination with HR Business Partners, Finance (FP&A), and People Analytics to ensure workforce data and assumptions are accurate and aligned.
  • Contribute to defined workforce planning project workstreams, supporting data preparation, documentation, and delivery of agreed outputs.
  • Help produce dashboards, reports, and presentations that communicate workforce data and insights clearly to a range of stakeholders.
  • Maintain data quality, documentation, and repeatable processes to support consistent workforce planning and analytics outputs.
  • Collaborate with People Analytics colleagues to ensure alignment between workforce planning outputs and broader people insights.

The experience you bring:

  • 0-2 years of experience in an analytical, HR, people analytics, workforce planning, finance, or related role.
  • Strong foundational analytical skills, with good proficiency in Excel and an interest in building models, forecasts, and structured analyses.
  • Experience working with data sets, including cleaning, validating, and summarizing information.
  • Ability to learn and apply workforce planning tools, HR systems, or analytics platforms (e.g., Excel-based models, HR systems, or BI tools).
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain analysis outputs with guidance and support.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
  • A proactive mindset, curiosity for data and workforce topics, and willingness to learn from senior colleagues.

What makes you stand out:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics, data analytics, HR, business, statistics, or a related discipline). Formal education in data science strongly preferred.
  • Exposure to workforce data, people analytics, financial data, or business analysis through internships, placements, or graduate roles.
  • Familiarity with data visualization or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Tableau) is a plus, but not required.
