Aquent is partnering with a prominent company dedicated to helping individuals manage their most important financial commitments. We're seeking a dynamic individual to join their team and drive crucial initiatives that will directly enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, playing a pivotal role in shaping how customers interact with essential services.

We are looking for a **Lead Generation & Retention Manager** to spearhead initiatives that will directly increase customer lifetime value, streamline billing processes, and accelerate digital adoption. In this impactful 7-month project role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing targeted campaigns designed to transition existing clients to automated payment systems and digital invoicing, significantly reducing voluntary churn. Your blend of analytical prowess and strategic marketing will transform routine customer interactions into valuable, long-term retention opportunities.

**What You'll Do:**

* Develop and manage comprehensive campaigns that effectively incentivize customers to enroll in automated payment systems and opt-in for paperless billing, directly contributing to increased retention rates.

* Conduct in-depth analysis of customer data to proactively identify at-risk accounts, pinpoint high-potential prospects, and segment customers optimally for digital adoption strategies.

* Design, execute, and meticulously track direct email, SMS, and in-app retention campaigns specifically targeting inactive or manual-pay customers.

* Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Support, Billing, and Marketing teams to design, test, and implement highly targeted messaging for various retention initiatives.

* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as automated payment adoption rate, paperless adoption percentage, overall retention rates, and voluntary churn, providing actionable insights.

* Identify and address bottlenecks within the customer journey that hinder digital adoption, developing and implementing solutions to streamline onboarding and re-contracting processes.

**Qualifications:**

* Proven experience in lead generation, customer retention, or a similar marketing role, with a strong focus on driving measurable results.

* Demonstrated ability to develop and execute targeted campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, in-app).

* Strong analytical skills with experience in customer segmentation and data-driven decision-making.

* Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with diverse teams.

* Experience in monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer adoption and retention.

* A results-driven mindset with a focus on process improvement and identifying solutions to enhance customer experience.
