Are you a visionary leader passionate about the intersection of brand storytelling and creator content? We are seeking an exceptional individual to drive the strategic vision and hands-on execution for all creator-driven marketing across various platforms. In this pivotal role, you will define the brand's voice through impactful creator collaborations, shaping how millions engage with content and elevating the brand's presence in the cultural landscape. Your expertise will directly influence multi-title campaigns, long-term partnerships, and the development of repeatable, engaging brand formats, making a significant impact on audience connection and brand growth.

**What you'll do:**

* Define and lead the overarching brand creator marketing strategy across all social platforms, ensuring alignment with brand priorities, audience goals, and cultural relevance.

* Serve as the central point of ownership for all creator content, developing platform-specific strategies that reflect evolving algorithm behaviors, content formats, and audience consumption patterns.

* Manage all off-handle creator activations, ensuring brand consistency, messaging alignment, and performance optimization across creator-owned channels.

* Create and own all creator content that lives on the brand's owned social channels (on-handle), including creator-led series, takeovers, and collaborative posts.

* Lead all multi-title creator campaign efforts across every audience segment for the broader Marketing organization.

* Partner cross-functionally with title marketing, social, media, and brand teams to develop integrated creator campaigns that serve multiple titles simultaneously.

* Build and maintain campaign frameworks that scale across genres, audiences, and content windows.

* Own the creator boosting strategy for both organic and paid creator content.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 7+ years of similar experience in creator marketing or a related field.

* Proficiency with creative resource tools.

* Microsoft Office Proficiency.

* Demonstrated experience in Social Media Marketing, including influencer collaboration.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience in the Big Tech or Media & entertainment industry.
