As a Program Manager, you will be the architect of progress, translating complex objectives into actionable plans and guiding them to successful completion. **What You'll Do:**

* Collaborate closely with program stakeholders to author comprehensive program charters, meticulously defining scope, timelines, objectives (OKRs), resource allocation, and identifying potential risks and dependencies for foundational programs.

* 3 + years of experience in developing detailed project plans, breaking down complex initiatives into distinct phases, and incorporating robust risk and dependency management strategies.

* Proactively gather and analyze program progress data from stakeholders, maintaining accurate project trackers and status reports to ensure transparency and accountability.

* Drive the execution of program tasks, embedding principles of Product Excellence, Product Inclusion, and upholding brand trust and reputation throughout the lifecycle.

* Collect critical data to inform mitigation strategies, conduct thorough post-mortems, and prepare escalation reports when necessary.

* Facilitate and lead effective meetings, ensuring productive discussions and clear outcomes.

* Craft and deliver compelling program communications in partnership with stakeholders, ensuring information is well-organized, visible, and accessible to immediate program teams.

* Clearly document program team roles and responsibilities across various projects, fostering clarity and accountability.

* Develop comprehensive stakeholder maps in collaboration with program partners, proactively identifying and coordinating resolutions for any misalignments.

* Demonstrated proficiency in understanding user needs and exhibiting strong empathy.

* Proven experience in Team Management, fostering high-performing and collaborative environments.

* Expertise in Continuous Improvement methodologies within program management.

* Strong capabilities in Planning for program initiatives.

* Exceptional Stakeholder Management skills, including identification, collaboration, and communication.

* Foundational knowledge of Portfolio Management principles.

* Sound Technical Judgment to guide program decisions.

* Proficiency in Execution and Governance frameworks for program management.

* Experience in Managing Organizational Change effectively.

* Excellent Communications Management skills, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
