We're seeking a talented individual to join our vibrant marketing team and play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's presence through influencer campaigns and earned media efforts. What You'll Do:



  • Collaborate on the development of influencer and earned media strategies, crafting engaging, multichannel programs and content to boost brand consideration and attract new audiences.
  • Oversee influencer content creation, working closely with internal brand teams, creative partners, and external agencies to ensure content aligns with our business model and is optimized for social-first platforms. This includes writing comprehensive briefs and leading the evaluation, feedback, and approval process for always-on creative.
  • Dynamically manage the content calendar across all channels, offering creative recommendations and optimizations informed by merchandise priorities, current trends, and social performance data.
  • Partner with our agency to identify, vet, select, and contract a diverse range of ongoing and ad-hoc influencer partners.
  • Assist in the execution of earned programming with external agencies, providing creative evaluation, feedback, and approvals. Support agencies in drafting compelling talking points and selecting merchandise for broadcast segments.
  • Manage all press release drafts and reviews for key initiatives, and assist in handling inbound press inquiries in collaboration with our agency and global communications team.
  • Foster strong partnerships with internal teams, including Legal, Global Communications, Media, and other Marketing functions, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Oversee the daily management of influencer and earned media budgets, including processing invoices, tracking expenses, reconciling monthly projections, and representing the team in budget meetings.


Required Qualifications:



  • 4+ years of experience in advertising or marketing, gained either client-side or within an agency.
  • Proficiency and a solid understanding of major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback grounded in brand strategy.

  • A strong interest in the retail industry and the unique dynamics of the off-price business model.
