Editorial Producer

The Editorial Production & Operations team is seeking an experienced Editorial Producer to support the execution of large-scale music campaigns and programs. This position will provide day-to-day operational and production support across global music priorities while helping drive efficient workflows, communication, and successful content delivery.

This is a 7-month hybrid contract opportunity based in Culver City, CA.

• Manage the setup, creation, and delivery of production platform assets and campaign deliverables
  
• Establish and maintain naming conventions, metadata standards, folder structures, and workflow organization
  
• Track deliverables and ensure timely and accurate execution across multiple projects
  
• Partner closely with Editorial, Production, Business, and Marketing teams to support campaign initiatives
  
• Communicate project timelines, risks, status updates, and key decisions proactively and clearly
  
• Prepare executive summaries and reporting for leadership teams
  
• Support editorial and production teams with ongoing operational needs
  
• Identify and implement process improvements that optimize workflows and team efficiency
  
• Demonstrate proactive, solution-oriented thinking in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
  
• Participate in occasional after-hours and scheduled weekend support as needed
  

• 8-10+ years of experience in production and/or project management within digital media, entertainment, music, or related industries
  
• Strong understanding of digital assets, metadata management, and production deliverables
  
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  
• Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
  
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
  
• Experience providing detailed reporting and updates to leadership teams
  
• High proficiency with productivity and presentation applications, particularly Keynote
  
• Passion for music, entertainment, and pop culture
  
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience preferred

• Pay Rate: $91.04/hour
