Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia, and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for an Operations Supervisor. The Cleveland Brothers Equipment Management Services team supports customers by coordinating planned maintenance, inspections, fluid analysis, and equipment monitoring services for Caterpillar and competitive equipment. We work closely with customers, sales teams, and internal support groups to help keep equipment maintained, reduce unplanned downtime, and improve overall fleet performance through proactive service planning and operational support. Job Summary:
The Operations Supervisor for Power and Energy is responsible for leading and developing Equipment Management Services capabilities within the Power and Energy division. This role oversees day-to-day operations while also building and refining processes, systems, and relationships that support long-term service agreements, condition monitoring, and connected equipment solutions. The position requires a self-directed leader who can operate effectively within an existing framework while identifying gaps, establishing structure, and driving execution in areas that are still developing. The role works closely with internal teams and customers to improve service delivery, support business growth, and ensure consistent execution across Power and Energy markets. Responsibilities: Team Leadership
- Supervise and support assigned team members serving the Power and Energy division
- Provide day-to-day direction, workload prioritization, and operational guidance
- Support employee development through coaching, feedback, and performance management
Operations Management
- Oversee execution of activities including condition monitoring, maintenance coordination, contract support, and telematics-related services
- Ensure service commitments and operational tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Monitor workload, priorities, and overall team performance
Program Development and System Building
- Identify gaps in current processes, workflows, and service delivery within the Power and Energy division
- Develop and implement structure where processes or systems are not fully defined
- Establish and refine workflows to support scalable and consistent execution
- Build working relationships with internal departments to support alignment and coordination
CVA / LTSA Growth and Support
- Support development and expansion of long-term service agreements within the Power and Energy market
- Align internal teams to support effective delivery of contracted services
- Maintain visibility into contract performance and operational execution
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as a primary point of contact for CVA/LTSA activity within the Power and Energy division
- Work closely with sales, service, and internal teams to support customer needs and service delivery
- Support customer-facing discussions, presentations, and service planning conversations as needed
Performance and Reporting
- Develop and maintain visibility into operational performance, workload, and service execution
- Support creation and review of metrics related to service delivery and contract activity
- Communicate performance and key updates to leadership
Process and Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, coordination, and service execution
- Implement improvements to increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability
- Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
- Experience in service operations, equipment support, maintenance planning, or related field preferred
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong understanding of Power and Energy equipment and service operations preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and build structure in developing or undefined environments
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across departments
- Strong computer and software skills are required
Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
- Work is primarily performed in an office environment
- Requires travel to customer sites and Cleveland Brother's branches
- Must be able to safely follow all company safety procedures
