Oversee key procurement categories, including BOPET Films, driving measurable value through cost optimization, innovation, quality enhancement, service excellence, and risk management. Deliver sustainable business results by building and expanding procurement's strategic contribution to the organization. Champion procurement priorities in Innovation and Simplification by enabling and sourcing innovative solutions, while standardizing and consolidating supply strategies across the AFNA business to improve efficiency and long-term value creation Key Job Accountabilities Strategy Development and Strategy Implementation

Qualifications/Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a scientific/technical field required. Strong preference for CIPS or equivalent professional procurement qualification. Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or related commercial or operational roles, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated experience contributing within matrixed and/or multinational organizations, collaborating across functions, regions, and cultures. Working experience in procurement or commercial disciplines such as category management, supplier management, contract negotiation, or cost/value analysis. Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives or workstreams, influence stakeholders, and support change initiatives without requiring direct line authority. Solid communication, analytical, and problemsolving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and operate with moderate supervision.
