Position Summary The Vice President of Enterprise Applications will lead the strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of the enterprise application landscape during a period of significant transformation and growth. This role leads a team of 20-30 application leaders, architects, and systems analysts and serves as a critical driver of integration synergies, value realization, and scalable platform enablement across the business. The VP will be directly accountable for enabling operational efficiency, cost optimization, and EBITDA impact through application strategy and execution, including the implementation of core platforms such as ERP, CRM, and HRIS. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-intensity environment, capable of driving multiple parallel, business-critical initiatives with competing executive priorities, evolving requirements, and aggressive timelines-while simultaneously building structure, governance, and accountability.
