The VP will be directly accountable for enabling operational efficiency, cost optimization, and EBITDA impact through application strategy and execution, including the implementation of core platforms such as ERP, CRM, and HRIS.

The ideal candidate thrives in a high-intensity environment, capable of driving multiple parallel, business-critical initiatives with competing executive priorities, evolving requirements, and aggressive timelines-while simultaneously building structure, governance, and accountability.

Responsibilities

Enterprise Application Leadership:

Own the end-to-end enterprise applications strategy, including ERP, CRM, HRIS, and supporting platforms
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of 20+ professionals, establishing clear accountability and ownership at all levels
  • Establish operating models, governance, and execution rhythms that deliver against business outcomes-not just project milestones
  • Partner with leaders to align application strategy with financial, operational, and growth objectives

Transformation & Integration Execution:

  • Lead the integration of application landscapes across multiple entities, driving standardization, simplification, and scalability
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of ERP, CRM, and HRIS platforms, ensuring delivery against defined business value targets
  • Execute across multiple concurrent initiatives with tight prioritization and disciplined delivery
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve cross-program risks, dependencies, and conflicts in real time

M&A Technology Integration:

  • Define and execute integration strategies that accelerate synergy realization
  • Partner with corporate development and leadership on M&A due diligence and integration planning
  • Drive the technology integration of acquired companies, including application rationalization and data alignment

Execution, Governance & Prioritization:

  • Implement portfolio governance and prioritization frameworks to manage competing demands and ensure focus on highest-value initiatives
  • Build a culture where leaders are accountable for outcomes, not activities
  • Drive execution discipline, transparency, and measurable performance tracking
  • Develop and manage roadmaps explicitly tied to EBITDA impact, cost reduction, and scalability

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as a trusted advisor and operator to executive leadership, with the ability to influence and challenge where needed
  • Translate business strategy into clear, executable technology priorities
  • Communicate effectively across all levels, including board-level visibility where required
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, HR, Sales, and Operations

Other duties as assigned.

  • Experience with HubSpot and UKG highly desirable
  • Proven success leading simultaneous transformation and post-merger integration efforts
  • Experience in private equity-backed, high-growth, or multi-entity environments strongly preferred

Leadership and Management:

  • Execution-oriented leader with a bias for action and results
  • Ability to bring structure to complex, ambiguous environments without slowing momentum
  • Strong prioritization capability across competing initiatives and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to drive accountability and ownership across teams
  • Comfortable operating as a peer to senior executives, influencing and challenging decisions when needed
