Agile Scrum Master

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scrum Master / Project Manager for a hybrid position (minimum 3 days per week onsite) with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role supports a multi-year modernization and expansion of Privileged Access Management (PAM) capabilities for the Active Directory environment. The selected candidate will leverage both HashiCorp Vault and CyberArk platforms, providing centralized leadership across parallel workstreams to reduce execution risk and ensure the timely implementation of strategic security capabilities across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders, executive sponsors, and portfolio stakeholders to define target business outcomes, success metrics, and delivery priorities
• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, integration, and delivery of programs and projects of varying complexity
• Define and manage scope, schedule, milestones, budget, financials, and resourcing
• Apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid delivery approaches as appropriate to initiative needs
• Manage program and project financials, forecasts, budgets, and expense tracking
• Ensure initiatives comply with Enterprise Change Management Policies, standards, and controls
• Identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, dependencies, and impediments across initiatives
• Provide visibility into portfolio health, delivery status, risks, and dependencies to senior management

Requirements:

• Typically 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, and/or Technical Project/Program Management roles
• Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure or technology programs (e.g., cloud transformation, network modernization, platform engineering)
• Experience operating within Agile and hybrid delivery models (Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks)
• Experience with Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe / scaled Agile concepts
• Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Jira Align, Confluence) and MS Project
• Broad technical background supporting infrastructure, networking, and Public Cloud technologies
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect delivery execution to measurable business outcomes
• Excellent verbal, written, and executive-level communication skills
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive results in complex, matrixed environments
• Bachelor's degree, equivalent experience, or specialized training

• Release Train Engineer (RTE)
• PM / PO certifications
