Genesis10 is currently seeking a Delivery Lead / Business Analyst for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 month contract opportunity.

This role supports new engagements across the CFO and Treasury domain, requiring a highly organized professional to lead delivery efforts while also performing deep analysis, issue triage, and documentation. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator and hands-on problem solver with a strong understanding of data analytics and data transformation, able to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights for business and technology teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Delivery Lead supporting end-to-end execution across CFO/Treasury initiatives
  • Drive planning, delivery coordination, and execution across cross-functional teams
  • Lead issue triage and resolution efforts, ensuring timely escalation, tracking, and closure
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation including requirements, workflows, process maps, status updates, and issue logs
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into clear deliverables for technology teams
  • Interface effectively with the end-user community, leadership stakeholders, and SDLC teams (engineering, QA, data, product, etc.)
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, gaps, and risks
  • Create structured reporting and communicate key findings through organized summaries and presentations
  • Ensure delivery milestones, dependencies, and risks are clearly communicated and actively managed

Requirements:

  • Strong experience as a Delivery Lead, Business Analyst, Project Lead, or Program Delivery professional in complex enterprise environments
  • Proven ability to act as an expert communicator, with demonstrated success in:
    • Problem solving and issue triage
    • Detailed documentation and process enablement
    • Driving clarity in ambiguous environments
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to tailor messaging to both business and technical audiences
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, data transformation, and reporting concepts
  • Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights and clearly structured deliverables
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline
  • Ability to drive conversations across multiple stakeholder groups while maintaining delivery momentum

Desired skills:

  • Prior experience in a similar large financial institution
  • Background in accounting, finance, economics, or Treasury operations
  • Experience supporting audits and regulatory initiatives (internal or external)
  • Familiarity with regulatory/audit frameworks including:
    • MRA / MRIA
    • RIAI / SIAI
  • Experience supporting risk, controls, or compliance-related initiatives within financial services

Pay range: $55.06 - $63.06 per hour
