Agile Scrum Master

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scrum Master / Senior Delivery Lead - Hybrid for a 12+ month contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ.

This role is responsible for managing the delivery of AI platform outcomes across a critical infrastructure portfolio. The position sits within the CTI Infrastructure organization and holds accountability for the service and capability enablement of a hybrid AI platform spanning on-premise, private cloud, and public cloud environments. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end delivery of AI platform programs and projects, focusing on enabling scalable, secure, and compliant AI capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders, executive sponsors, and portfolio stakeholders to define target business outcomes, success metrics, and delivery priorities
• Support portfolio-level planning, delivery coordination, and dependency management across multiple programs and projects
• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, integration, and delivery of programs and projects
• Define and manage scope, schedule, milestones, budget, financials, and resourcing
• Apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid delivery approaches as appropriate
• Manage program and project financials, forecasts, budgets, and expense tracking
• Ensure initiatives comply with Enterprise Change Management Policies, standards, and controls

Requirements:

• Typically 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, and/or Technical Project/Program Management roles
• Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure or technology programs (e.g., cloud transformation, network modernization, platform engineering)
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and large-scale initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Experience operating within Agile and hybrid delivery models (Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks)
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect delivery execution to measurable business outcomes
• Proven ability to influence, communicate, and partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Jira Align, Confluence) and MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint
• Broad technical background supporting infrastructure, networking, Public Cloud, and AI technologies
• Understanding of financial services and/or regulated environments
• Bachelor's degree, equivalent experience, or specialized training

• PMP
• Certified Scrum Master
• SAFe / Agile certifications
• Release Train Engineer (RTE)
• PM / PO certifications

Pay range: $63.94 - $71.94 per hour
