Business Support Manager / Financial Analyst

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Support Manager / Financial Analyst for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role supports financial operations within a large technology organization, focusing on project financial management, resource alignment, budgeting, and financial tracking for technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel skills and have experience supporting financial processes, preferably within the banking industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support financial operations for technology teams and projects
• Track and maintain project-level financials and reporting
• Support resource financial management and resource alignment activities
• Ensure resources are aligned to appropriate projects, budgets, and cost centers
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Support close-task activities and ongoing financial reporting requirements
• Work closely with project managers, program managers, and technology leadership
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across financial processes and documentation
• Provide operational and financial support across multiple technology initiatives

Requirements:

• Strong advanced Excel skills
• Experience managing project financials and reporting
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting financial operations within large enterprise environments

Desired skills:

• Prior banking or financial services industry experience
• Previous experience within a technology organization
• Experience working within enterprise banking environments
• Familiarity with technology financial processes, governance, and reporting structures

Pay range: $52.10 - $60.10 per hour
