Assistant, Warehouse

Split Shift / Clerical Position.

Monday & Tuesday 9pm - 7:30am, Thursday & Friday 7pm - 5:30am

JOB SUMMARY:
This position supports the Distribution Center with administrative tasks for the warehouse team.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Other duties may be assigned.
*Run Receiving window

* Walk outside to inspect inbound trailer seals
* Ship confirmation

* Maintain spreadsheets & report: on-time deliveries, through-put, scanning, etc

* Track bounty programs.
* Administrative support to team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* High School Diploma or GED.
* 1-year administrative experience with working knowledge of office practices.
* Strong interpersonal skills & a professional personal presentation.
* Ability to meet tight deadlines with little margin for error.
* Proficient on PC: Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
* Command of English grammar and spelling required.
* Proficiency with internet.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
* Busy transportation/warehouse office environment.

* Exposure to noise, dust, & foot traffic
