Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Location: Santa Monica, CA (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Short-Term Contract (3-4 months)

Pay Rate: $45.67/hour

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support studio operations within a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities, scheduling, and events to ensure seamless execution across multiple workstreams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to manage shifting priorities while maintaining operational efficiency. This position partners closely with cross-functional teams to support both planned initiatives and real-time operational needs, including events, logistics, and overall studio readiness.

• Manage and maintain the studio operations calendar
  
• Coordinate studio tours, including scheduling, planning, and execution
  
• Partner with internal teams to support travel coordination and logistics
  
• Plan and execute on-site and off-site events and activities
  
• Assist with maintaining internal documentation and capturing meeting notes
  
• Support day-to-day facility and studio operations
