| JOB SUMMARY: |
Responsible for planning, developing and delivering clear, consistent and engaging communications that support employees across Everus and its operating companies. This role serves as a strategic partner to Human Resources, Safety and business teams, translating complex and often sensitive initiatives - such as mergers and acquisitions, benefits, compensation and organizational change - into employee-friendly communications that drive understanding, trust and engagement. This position owns enterprise-wide internal communication programs, channels and content, while also providing customizable support to operating companies. | MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: |
- Minimum four-year degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing or related field, with demonstrated experience supporting M&A, change management and HR-driven communications; and
- Five plus years' professional work experience in internal communications, employee communications or corporate communications.

| JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: |
- Translate and convey corporate strategy, priorities and leadership direction into clear, relevant and actionable communications for employees across the organization.
- Lead internal communications for mergers, acquisitions and integration efforts, including employee announcements, FAQs, leader toolkits and ongoing updates.
- Develop and execute change management communication plans for organizational, operational and system changes.
- Support employee communications related to benefit, retirement, and financial wellness programs.
- Lead communications for UKG-related initiatives, updates and employee education efforts.
- Partner with Safety and Operations to support company-wide safety initiatives through clear, consistent and repeated messaging that reinforces a safety-first culture.
- Own and manage internal communication platforms, including SharePoint intranet sites.
- Support or manage the evolution of UKG People Assist or similar tools as an intranet, communication platform and policy repository, ensuring consistency while allowing for local customization.
- Establish governance, content standards and editorial calendars for internal channels.
- Lead communications for employee engagement initiatives including but not limited to corporate awards, recognition programs and Everus Foundation employee initiatives.
- Create content to support recruiting efforts, including job postings, career fair materials, recruitment ads and employer-brand messaging.
- Develop onboarding communications and materials, including videos, presentations, guides and new-hire resources.
- Collaborate with designers, vendors and internal partners to produce high-quality digital, print and video content.
- Ensure all internal communications align with corporate brand standards, tone and values.
- Performs other tasks and special projects to assist the Communications Department as assigned.

| KEY SKILLS AND COMPENTENCIES: |
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging employee communications.
- Experience managing internal communication platforms such as SharePoint and HR systems (e.g., UKG or similar).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work both cooperatively with team and independently.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and highly organized.

| PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: |
- Experience with a publicly traded company.
- Experience supporting complex companies or decentralized organizations.
- Construction industry experience.

- Salary Range: $84,620 - $105,770
