We're seeking a Accounts Receivable Coordinator in Buffalo Grove who enjoys tracking payments, logging transactions, and helping the team stay on top of deadlines. Organized? Detail-obsessed? You're exactly who we want.

Requirements for a Great Fit

• Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school preferred
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Credit, Collections, or Accounts Receivable
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting systems preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy skills

What You'll Be Handling

• Manage the full accounts receivable process from credit review to collections and payment posting
• Recommend customer credit limits and verify required documentation
• Process cash applications and maintain accurate customer account records
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due balances
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external customers
• Research account issues and provide timely resolutions
• Improve workflows, procedures, and overall AR efficiency
• Support reporting, audits, and special accounting projects
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, service, and professionalism
