Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain highquality software solutions aligned to business and technical requirements
  • Contribute to application architecture and technical design decisions for scalable, reliable systems
  • Build and enhance APIs, services, and user interfaces using modern frameworks and engineering best practices
  • Write clean, maintainable, and welldocumented code with a focus on performance and security
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to standards
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, designers, and crossfunctional teams to deliver features endtoend
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and production issues
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices to enable efficient delivery
  • Ensure applications meet enterprise security, compliance, and data governance requirements
  • Continuously learn and apply new technologies, tools, and engineering patterns
  • Contribute to operational readiness, including monitoring, logging, and supportability of applications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
  • 3+ years of experience in software development (or equivalent internships, coops, or academic projects)
  • 1+ years of experience in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with modern software development practices, including objectoriented design, APIs, and version control (Git)
  • Experience working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
  • Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred)
  • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design fundamentals
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to debug complex issues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a crossfunctional team environment

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
