You'll have the opportunity tobuild lasting relationships with patients and families while delivering personalized, patient-centered carewhere it matters most. Unlike a hospital setting, you'llmanage your day independently, start and end your workday from home, and focus on caring for one patient at a time. This role offers the perfect balance of autonomy and teamwork, allowing you to make a meaningful impact while maintaining strong connections with colleagues and community resources.This position includes a weekend rotation ofone weekend every fourth weekend,providing predictability and work-life balance while ensuring patients continue to receive the care they need. This is a Registered Nurse 2 vacancy open to candidates with greater than 1 year of RN work experience. For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering up to $10,000 Sign-on bonus for all eligible Registered Nurses with 0-2 years of experience and $20,000 for experienced Registered Nurses with greater than 2 years of experience! Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
